• View and Pay all your apartment maintenance dues. Through the Integrated Payment Gateway, you get multiple choices for payments. Post payment you get instant receipts.
• Manage Visitors: Pre-Approve Guests and make them feel welcome. Approve, Deny visitors right from the ADDA App.
• Need a Help for your Home? Look no further than the ADDA App. Find list of all Helpers in your Community along with neighbor recommendations.
• Have a leaking tap or seepage in the ceiling, which you want to report to Community Maintenance team? Do it right from the ADDA App. Take photo, for ready reference of maintenance team, and track the progress to closure
• Do not miss out on important communications from the Management Committee, Owners Association (OA) or Resident Welfare Association (RWA). Notices and broadcast messages ensure residents do not miss significant updates about their community.
• Share interesting events, stories, news, images with your apartment society neighbors. Have conversations with neighbors through the in-app chat feature without sharing numbers. A bonded community only makes apartment management that much easier.
• Connect with neighbors with similar interests, have discussions, get together for sports, volunteer work or for pursuing hobbies in the Groups feature
• Create polls and gather the opinion of all Apartment residents on any issue or event. This ensures the participation of all apartment residents & owners in society related decision making.
• Buy, Sell, Rent using ADDA Classifieds. • Book verified Household related services trusted by your neighbors in ADDA. Vendor details and Classifieds are available everywhere.

My perception of having used your app in the community where I am staying in Bengaluru is as follows:
1. The app does not throw any light on the above guidelines issued by Government of India in February 2021 & you have not provided any advisory to the users of the app, who by virtue of their ownership gains entry to the app use through Resident Welfare Associations who onboard them. It is high time you do it lest as developer you are also held responsible for non compliance to the guidelines.
2. As I have seen, predominately the app is being used for posting ones views on the functioning of its office bearers and their failures, but crossing all limits of decency and at times abusive and getting personal, which predominantly fall under character assassination, defamation and slander and thus attracting penalties and action under CRPC besides directly violating the IT ACT guidelines as applicable to Social hosting sites like Facebook, WhatsApp, etc.
3. Better you implement this advisory lest ADDA may become an avoidable app many of the decent owners who are withdrawing from such social sites considering the below standard debates and abusing language used on ADDA Social Site
A wholesome community management app with a rigid backbone
We are a new community and the builder handed over the project with ADDA as the community management App. it was like buying a PC with windows preloaded. We could not even think about IOS.
So we just went ahead and started using it.
Best part is it caters to all segments of community management, accounting, asset management, maintenance management, member management, entry/exit management, communication management etc etc
All works fine once you understand the system and know how to get around it. We have been using it for a year now and did not find anything lacking from application point of view.
The biggest down side is it’s lack of user end customization. The architecture of the software is rigid and you have to work within its setup.
Even tweaks to meet community specific requirements by Adda backend is limited.
It would be good if Adda team could work on user specific tweaks to make the software more versatile.
Most importantly we have had excellent support from the Adda backend which has enabled us to manage our community as a cashless and paper less association.
